Recognising a noticeable divide between the management of support care companies and the frontline operational staff, our company was founded on the principle of enhancing the well-being of those in need. This foundational belief continues to be our driving force as we operate from our base in Ballarat, Victoria.

Caresiah are far from being the new kids on the block, having been in operation since 2019. Our foundation is strong because our focus remains on our participants, fostering meaningful connections with both them and their families.

Caresiah is driven by a dedicated team of over 40 skilled support care professionals, two highly experienced community nurses, and an efficient administrative team.
Our passion lies in enriching every aspect of our participants’ lives. This is made possible through the deep connections our staff build with each participant, allowing us to create programs that enhance their independence and improve their everyday living experiences.
